About the Game
FZ Canyon Maniaks is a solo endless runner on mobile with a rogue-like feature.
We embody a young pilot who wishes to prove her supremacy on a planet of riders.
While running, she consumes gasoline with her ship. In order not to stop its course, she must constantly destroy the enemies in her path which are veritable gasoline canisters. She will also pick up many gold coins on her way that will allow her to temporarily or permanently improve her ship.
With a rogue-like aspect, the end-of-game score allows the player to earn purple coins, a currency that she can use in a non-race shop that will allow her to permanently improve her ship for her next race or buy new skin.
About My Work
As Project Manager I organized the work of my group.
I created a Kanban and a Backlog to organize the tasks by sprint each week. I then made the schedule for the meetings. I have implemented a sprint scoring system so that each member can express their feelings about the sprint of the week.
By understanding the different challenges that arose during our production, I adapted our schedule and our objectives in an agile way with the team. Several of my group members at the end of the project managed to find an area in which they decided to specialize.
As a Game Designer and Economic Designer I participated in the realization of the concept and I wrote the Game Design Document on a Google Site.
As an Economic Designer I have studied the different economic models of our competitors. By carrying out a detailed market benchmark I succeeded in identifying several economic systems which would allow us a stable income base and then several means which would be an addition of income. Our economic system was greatly appreciated by the jury.
